Internet Addiction

Another addiction has recently been exposed. Not drugs, or cigarettes, or alcohol, but the Internet. This is controversial, as some people believe it is not an addiction, but simply a bad habit, while others maintain that it is without a doubt an addiction. Addiction. What does it even mean? In the words of dictionary.com, it is the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming, as narcotics, to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma. That pretty much describes the habit of internet addiction - constantly on the computer, and when the games are removed, becoming violent. I will leave it up to you - addiction or bad habit?
