wild

Recently a case has been brought up for clarification about a 14 year old girl who exposed her breasts to a man with a video camera, who later sold the clip for a women's video series.

This actually happened years ago, and the woman is now 26. She's still seeking damages for the unauthorized post. A federal judge is still debating whether she has proper grounds to be compensated.

It's kind of strange that it's taken her this long to really get anything settled from this case. I wonder if the legal system really is that inefficient.

To be honest, I'm not really sure who's at fault more, the man who shot the video or the girl who was dumb enough to put on a show for him. They're both idiots I suppose. She probably should get some compensation since it was unauthorized. But her lack of proper judgement led her to this predicament, so why should she? Promiscuity in this sense seems rather bothersome to me. If you're going to be prancing around half naked, you're asking for it. Even if you argue that she was imbibing some alcoholic fluids, that was, again, her own problem. I wonder if people realize that their actions do reflect on what they want. If you're going to be a slut, at least take responsibility for it. But, of course, it's not entirely fair to place that much blame on a 14 year old kid. Our pre-frontal cortexes aren't developed enough to really make any sort of proper decisions. We're raising a generation of individuals who have this misconception that their actions don't receive any down payment consequences. I'm not complaining that we make dumb decisions. That's not the point. I'm complaining that we don't take care of them properly, and we don't take heat for what we do without having to make up ridiculous excuses. I don't want to criticize too much, since I know I probably do the same thing.

But really, don't flash people if you're not planning on taking care of that later.
