Vote the Person not the Party

There were some glitches in the early voting that took place here in Atlanta on Friday. This article talks about the technical problems with the voting. Problems arose due to the lack of improperly trained officials. However I thought that it is possible to have a technical glitch, but also with the whole concept of voting. Most people are either die hard republicans or die hard democrats and don't pay too much attention to the person actually in the running. We need to learn to vote for the person not the party. The party is simply a way just to categorize contrasting beliefs; while the person themselves are the ones we should be listening to thoroughly. Yes this is a short blog but I feel it gets to the point...no matter the technical problem, even though it should be fixed, as voters we need to come together and analyze the person not the party. Even though you may not like the party that person running maybe one of the best presidents we've ever had. So instead of bashing fellow americans we should state our opinions and rid the "glitches" the party has brought to society.
